How do you actually find affiliates for Gumroad digital products?

I sell a handful of parenting/family guides on Gumroad (potty training, tantrums, bedtime, that kind of thing) and just set up an affiliate program for the first time. 30% commission on most products, real destination pages, the whole setup.

Problem is I have zero affiliates so far. I posted about it on my own socials but obviously that's just reaching people who already follow me, not actually new promoters.

For those of you who've built out affiliate programs from scratch, how did you find your first few people? Did you cold reach out to bloggers/creators in your niche, post in specific communities, use some kind of directory, or did it mostly just happen organically once the program existed?

Also curious if niche matters a lot here, parenting content feels like it should have plenty of bloggers/creators who'd want to promote something relevant, but I have no idea where those people actually hang out looking for programs to join.

Any advice appreciated, feels like I'm missing something obvious.
